1. Standard Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch

2. Free Shipping

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
  • Available for orders over £50

Note: We ship globally, excluding certain Asian regions and remote areas. Delivery times may vary by destination.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items in original condition. Like our premium racket strings, this policy is designed for maximum performance – protecting your investment while maintaining our quality standards.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and performance integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • String sets and string reels (once opened or used)
  • Personalized or custom-ordered equipment

The Champion’s Return Process

Step 2: Receive Authorization

We’ll respond faster than a 130mph serve (typically within 24 hours) with:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions

Step 3: Package & Ship

Prepare your return like you would your tournament bag:

  • Include all original packaging and accessories
  • Securely package to prevent damage (like we do with our clay court shoes)
  • Include the return authorization number on the package

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Step 4: Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:
